Bespoke Architecture designed each home to respond to the site’s specific ground conditions: piled timber floors were required to address flood plain and soil constraints, a design challenge that was resolved within the architectural brief without compromising the quality of the outcome.
BF Property managed the four-lot subdivision, design coordination with Bespoke Architecture, resource and building consents, and construction through to handover. Plaster and cedar timber cladding.
