Each unit is typically two- to three-bedroom, single-garage, two-storey. Brick, plaster and timber cladding, long-run iron roof. Built for long-term tenancy or land owner sale.
Body corporate set up and handed over at settlement if you choose titled units. Stratum-in-freehold by default.

Month 0 — Site assessment
Feasibility, indicative yield, consent process, indicative cost.
Months 1–3 — Design and consent
Architectural and engineering coordination. Resource and building consent.
Months 4–7 — Build to closed-in
Demolition if needed, foundations, framing, closed in from weather.
Months 8–9 — Fit-out
Linings, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, electrical and plumbing fit-off.
Months 10–11 — Landscape and CCC
Driveways, fencing, planting, council inspections, code compliance certificate.
Month 12 — Handover
Body corp set up, keys to owner or property manager.
