What we do

We manage one or all of the steps in the building process, with one point of contact for you.

This is the model for clients with capital who want a finished, tenanted asset without running the project themselves.

Step 01

Site sourcing and feasibility

We find the land or assess yours. Feasibility, consent risk and build cost are sized up before anyone commits to anything.
Step 02

Planning and consent

Architectural coordination, council pre-app, resource and building consent. You see the milestones; we run them.
Step 03

Build

BF Property holds the head contract. Senior site team on every project. One programme, one budget, one set of variations to review.
Step 04

Handover

Practical completion, code compliance, defects period. We hand over completed units ready for tenancy or sale.
