Phase 01 — Site and brief
Site assessment, zoning and use check, indicative cost and programme. Obligation-free.
Phase 02 — Feasibility and design
Architect and engineer coordination, tenancy or unit layout, specification locked in.
Phase 03 — Consent
Resource and building consent lodged, tracked, and granted. We manage council.
Phase 04 — Pre-construction
Trades booked, programme finalised, fixed-price contract issued.
Phase 05 — Build
BF Property manages the build contract. Senior site lead on the ground. Regular reporting to you.
Phase 06 — Handover
Code compliance, fit-out completion, tenancy or owner handover.
