The brief tends to be more personalised for the specific wants and needs of the owner. BF Property's role is to coordinate the architect, engineer, and trades, and then to build to a level of finish that does the drawings justice.
We work with an architect you choose, or we recommend one from our list. The relationship is collaborative, not adversarial.
Programmes are typically twelve to twenty-four months from brief to handover.
