What it is

We are the team that brings your architectural plans to life. Custom design is often more detailed than multi-unit work. The brief tends to be more personalised for the specific wants and needs of the owner. BF Property's role is to coordinate the architect, engineer, and trades, and then to build to a level of finish that does the drawings justice.

We work with an architect you choose, or we recommend one from our list. The relationship is collaborative, not adversarial.

Programmes are typically twelve to twenty-four months from brief to handover.

  • You want the cheapest possible build cost. Custom design tends to be more expensive than bulk builds from housing companies, however you get the house you want personalised to your needs.
