A near-complete gut, refit and reconfiguration of a large modern family home in a quiet St Albans cul-de-sac. The brief was a high-end result throughout — a family home that could be lived in generously, with a self-contained apartment for extended family or rental income.

The scope included relevelling the structure, full internal reconfiguration, new kitchen and bathrooms throughout, and significant hardscaping and landscaping to complete the outdoor spaces. High-end finish specification throughout the home.
